| Pastoral Care Benevolence The Benevolence Committee will encourage proper Biblical stewardship of finances by proving temporary, limited financial assistance and financial counseling to church members and the community at large. Care Givers To render service to PHCC members in the time of sickness and distress, and to assist with home care and other needs during a time of convalescing and rehabilitation. Intercessory Prayer Group The Intercessory Prayer Group will be praying for the specific needs of the church, its members, the community, the state and the nation: To be ready to minister to one another. Ministers Wives Fellowship To be a resource to the ministerial staff , especially those issue pertaining to women. We will support and encourage each other in the unique position for a ministry’s wife. We will also develop a closer relationship to strengthen our spiritual and intellectual needs via resources available to our group and / or the church and we will encourage a spirit common fellowship. Sacrament Committee To provide and prepare the elements in preparation of “The Lord’s Supper” according to the word of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Seniors Ministry The Seniors Ministry “Wings of Faith” purpose is to extend a loving hand of fellowship to senior citizens and those who will soon become seniors , age 54 and older. We endeavor to provide advocacy and resources , which will enable elders to age with independence and dignity while encouraging the enjoyment of a full and productive life. |
